Kre-Alkalyn EFX Review

Kre-Alkalyn EFX is a Ph balanced creatine that claims to deliver 100% of the creatine to your muscles. A known problem with creatine monohydrate is that it breaks down in your stomach and produces creatinine. Creatinine is toxic substance and can hurt your kidneys if you ingest too much of it. So this is why a buffered creatine was created. Let’s get this Kre-Alkalyn EFX Review started.

The idea was to raise the Ph level of the creatine so that it can survive the digestion process 100% in tact. The creatine would then be transported to your muscles for 100% absorption. Due to the perfect absorption rate, theoretically you’re able to ingest less creatine and still get the maximum benefits from it.

That’s the theory, but does it really work? In this article we’re going to look deep into this type of creatine, Kre-Alkalyn EFX in particular, and get the truth. All American EFX also claims that you don’t have to cycle with this creatine nor do you have to take it on an empty stomach. Sounds great right? But the question is, will it be effective when combined with chest exercises for men and overall weight training?

What Makes It Unique:

There are a few kre-alkalyn creatines out there. EFX American claims that they were the first. Their creatine is said to have 3 different unique elements to it.

1) pH-Xact™ Delivery Technology: This ensures that the creatine is at the optimal Ph value for complete absorption into the muscles. They claim that the creatine should be perfectly shuttled to your muscle tissue after 1.5 hours of ingesting it. Creatine monohydrate takes significantly longer to reach your muscles.

2) Buchi Analytical: This is their seal of approval. This ensures that their product is 100% legit and perfected. This is there to make EFX’s customers feel confident that they are getting the upmost of quality.

3) BioCeuticals Research & Development: To make sure that there are no illegal substances in their products EFX gets their supplements analyzed for the 16 banned substances down to the parts per billion, and in some situations parts per trillion. Again, this is just so their customers feel safe using their products.

Company Credibility:

The creator of All American EFX is Jeff Bolini. Jeff is a bodybuilder and decided to start to create and sell supplements starting in 1985. The actual supplement branch of All American EFX was started in 2003 and has been doing quite well since. They were the first to invent kre-alkalyn creatine, so they are the pioneers. The fact that Jeff is a bodybuilder himself is a positive in my book. They strive to “Make supplements we (Jeff and his business partner) wish were around when we started bodybuilding.”

Bruce Butterbredt and Bruce Andrews bought All American Nutrition from Jeff and renamed it to All American EFX. The company has held strong since and has come out with many different bodybuilding supplements. Everything about this company looks to be legitimate.

Studies Performed:

There is one reported study that took place with kre-alkalyn EFX. There were 24members of the Bulgarian National Weightlifting Team that volunteered for the study. The point of this study wasn’t just to see if kre-alkalyn EFX worked, but to see if it worked better than the already scientifically proven creatine monohydrate. For the sake of credibility, this study was performed double blind. They trained using workout routines to gain muscle.

It was found that the weightlifters who consumed the kre-alkalyn EFX gained an additional 28% of strength when compared to the monohydrate group. One thing this study fails to mention is how long the weightlifters trained for during the study. However, one point to recognize here is that these weren’t new trainees, these were highly trained and pre-conditioned weightlifters.

What Do Real People Think?

Final Thoughts:

I for one have used a kre-alkalyn creatine before and found the results to be very effective. I have not personally tried Kre-Alkalyn EFX though. The Ph buffered creatine that I used was Purple K. In comparison, Purple K is more expensive. I also like the fact that the true creator of EFX was the first to invent this technology.

I would definitely recommend this creatine is you’re looking for a Ph buffered more potent creatine. This one is next on my list. The science is sound, I would personally like to see more details about that study performed, but all in all this isn’t a supplement that is going to force you to either choose to afford rent or buy a months supply of creatine.
