Con Cret Creatine Reviews
With all of the different creatines out there it’s hard to know which one is the best. One brand of creatine that is getting a lot of attention is con cret creatine. This creatine is delivered in micro doses and claims to be superior when it comes to solubility.
This sounds great and all, in fact it sounds simular to Ph buffered creatine, but which is better? I think it’s time we look at the facts and see what type of creatine is best once and for all. With that said, let’s looks at some con cret creatine reviews.
What Makes It Unique:
3 words make the most impact when figuring out what makes this creatine unique. Those words are creatine hydrochloride molecule. Because of this molecule con cret creatine claims to be the most potent and bioavailable creatine on the market.
Basically they say that you will absorb more creatine into your bloodstream and muscle tissue than any other creatine. I assume that they include Ph buffered creatine in that statement which is known to absorb at a rate of 98% or higher.
Con cret creatine claims that it doesn’t need a loading phase or a cycling phase. Since you are able to absorb all of the creatine that your muscle tissue can handle, the effects are instant.
The whole reason bodybuilders have a loading phase with creatine is because creatine monohydrate is not stable in the stomach. It will break down into what’s known as creatinine which is a toxin. Thus only 10-15% of actual creatine makes it to your muscle tissue.
Also, con cret creatine claims to not need a cycling phase because none of the creatine converts into creatinine. Creatinine is hard on your kidneys and liver since your body is working hard to try and filter out this toxin from your blood. This is a simular benefit to supplementing with a Ph buffered creatine.
Here’s the big one. Con cret is micro-dosed. Only 1 capsule (1/4 teaspoon) of con cret creatine is require per 100 lbs of body weight for a serving. This apparently is equivalent to 5-10 grams of creatine monohydrate due to the high level of solubility and efficiency of con cret creatine.
They say that con cret creatine is 59 times more soluble than creatine monohydrate. It also doesn’t cause bloating or any harmful side effects.
Reported Pro’s:
1) Increased recovery
2) Increased strength and endurance
3) gains muscle
4) Recovery time is shortened
Reported Con’s:
1) Some say it’s too expensive
2) Doesn’t have great taste
3) Cost is the only downside is a popular comment
4) Some say that results are minimal
The Science Behind It:
The science is very similar to kre alkalyn creatine EFX for con cret. When you ingest your serving of con cret, it goes into your stomach and doesn’t get destroyed or harmed by your digestive system. The hydrochloride molecule ensures that the creatine is delivered into your blood stream intact and in its optimal form.
Thanks to this delivery system you can expect your dosage of con cret creatine to enter your muscle tissue within one hour. They recommend to take this product one hour before your training. They do not mention whether or not you should take another serving after your workout though.
As the creatine enters your muscle tissue it absorbs into your cells. When you start working out, ATP (energy for your muscles) is used up every time your muscle contracts. The harder your muscle works, the more ATP is used up. When ATP is used by the muscle, the result is energy and ADP. ADP is basically a waste product.
That is until con cre creatine HCL has its way with it. The role of creatine is to convert the “useless” ADP back into ATP resulting in more fuel for your muscles. This is why your strength instantly goes up along with endurance.
Because of your new found strength, you are now able to lift heavier and hit a couple extra reps. This forces adaptation to come much quicker than it would if you didn’t have all of that extra ATP at your disposal. This is why creatine is so effective, and specifically why con cret creatine works so well. When it comes to creatines, the one that absorbs the fastest and is ready to convert ADP back into ATP the quickest is best.
Company Credibility:
Con cret creatine is made by a relatively new company called ProMera. This sports supplement company is new to the scene and doesn’t have a lot of information. Manta.com claims that this company’s yearly revenue is less than $500 000 and they employee a staff of 1-4. So either they are looking to expand or something isn’t right here. Con cret is a new product and is the first concentrated creatine and only one currently on the market.
What Do Real People Think?
Final Thoughts:
This creatine is definitely worth a shot. In comparison of price, the cost per serving is $1.25 (for a 200 lb guy) whereas a serving of kre alkalyn EFX is roughly $0.40 per workout serving (1 serving before your workout and 1 after). So the cost for con cret creatine is just over 3 times as expensive.
Does it work 3 times as well? Probably not, but at the same time, it could very well work a little better than any other Ph buffered creatine or any other creatine on the market for that matter. Overall, if you don’t mind shelling out $1.25 on creatine for each workout ( 2 capsules before a workout), then this creatine is definitely worth your time.
