Best Workout Routine To Gain Muscle
Will The Best Workout Routine To Gain Muscle Help?
This Article Will Shock You…
I know exactly why you failed to gain muscle the last time you tried. I know because I was probably the exact same way. I was too ignorant to take anyone’s advice. I thought I was an expert. This way of thinking ended up costing me 5 years of my life to accomplish what could’ve been done in 6 months…
I respect and envy you if you already know that simply attempting to train with some workout routine to gain muscle won’t get you to where you need to be. In this article I’m going to tell you the key elements that you’re missing. By the end of this you will be able to achieve what I eventually did, except 3 times faster.
To start off, you need to know a little more about me. My name is Lars Anderson. I’m slightly egotistical, believe I’m a little better than I really am at times, and used to have to fake an element of confidence. Being an aries, I’m also brutally honest and demand respect. To really understand why I couldn’t gain the muscle that I was trying to, I had to dig deep and discover why I wanted to gain muscle in the first place.
Every weekend my buddies would want to go out to some club. I wasn’t a club guy. I just wasn’t really into the idea. There was a reason for that though. It was because I felt inadequate as soon as I stepped into the club. Of course this took me a while to admit… But it’s true. All of the wanna-be “alpha males” seemed to instantly intimidate me just by being around them. Then when it came time to talk to a girl… Ha!… Awkward.
I would basically turn into this overly energetic tool who talks too fast and at too high of a register. The funny thing was, this wasn’t me at all. When I’m relaxed and I’m in my own domain, I have the complete opposite persona.
That’s when I realized that the reason I felt inadequate is because I didn’t feel like my ideal self. We all have our ideal self and then our true self. I was small, felt insignificant. The way that I saw myself was not the way that the world did. So I decided to change that. I found a workout program and started working out consistently.
I saw some gains the first month, then none the second month. At that point I started getting injuries and lost all motivation. I failed, big time. Gym’s say that 95% of new members work out hard for about a month and then they don’t come back for a long time due to lack of results. Why is that!? Probably the exact same reason that I failed, lack of education on the fitness.
Just because I read half of the body for life program I felt like I was an expert. I jumped from various workout programs for 5 years. I would accept the knowledge that made logical sense to me and discard the rest. What a brutal and ignorant mistake that was…
So 5 years went by, I continued awkwardly going to the clubs and social events with my buddies with bad memories as a result. Then I had another kick of motivation. I decided that I’ve had enough of not being who I believed I should be. Thankfully I threw aside my blinders and did some honest research. I didn’t care what was “logical” or the “easiest.” I wanted what has worked for thousands of guys just like me.
I told myself that I would follow the next program perfectly. I executed everything from diet, to workouts, to lifestyle. I committed myself 100%. Not only that, but I reinforced why I was working out in the first place. I was finally on track to building the body I always believed I should have had all along.
6 months later I was up 35 pounds and loving it. A lot of that was muscle, some was also water retention, glycemic storage and fat cells. Point is, I was strong and a pretty good size. I felt confident going out. Girls talked to me instead of me awkwardly fumbling up to them and asking them if I could buy them a drink (what a chump move…). I was finally the person I always thought I should be.
You failed to build the muscle that you wanted because you were missing a very vital component. You probably didn’t know why you really wanted to gain more muscle in the first place. This reason can’t just be “oh, I want to be stronger or something…” Instant fail. There’s an underlying personal reason as to why you want to be stronger or have more muscle. If you don’t already know it, think about it right now.
You also failed because you didn’t have/ follow a complete program that has been proven effective by 1000’s of guys such as yourself. I made the exact same mistake. The key here is to accept the fact that to force your body to physically adapt into something it doesn’t want to in the first place, you’re going to have to commit to/ train with an incredibly effective program designed to trigger muscle growth.
Here’s the most important thing of all that I have learned throughout this process. You’re not going to become massive with just a couple of months of hard work. It’s going to take AT LEAST 6 months of hard dedicated training and strict nutrition intake to get you to where you want to be. If you can’t handle that then go join hot yoga with your friend’s sister or something because weight lifting isn’t for you.
Congratulations, in less than 5 minutes you have discovered what it took me 5 years to figure out. I envy you right now. I can only imagine where I’d be in life if I just opened my mind up and listened to people who had already accomplished what I wanted to. Let’s recap what you need to successfully gain raw muscle mass.
1) Must understand WHY you NEED to have more muscle.
2) Must strictly train with the best workout routine to gain muscle possible.
3) Must realize that this is a long term process, 6 months minimum.
Here’s another reason that I envy you, I’ve already done all of the research for you. The program that I personally used to gain the 35 pounds in 6 months was in fact 7 Minute Muscle. However, I actually believe that a different program is superior. Let’s get to the reviews for the top 3 programs that you can find on the net for guys like us.
Muscle Gain Truth Review
Expert:Sean Nalewanyj
Site: MuscleGainTruth.com
Rating: 10/ 10
Price: $77 (or try for $1)
Guarantee: If not 100% happy after 60 days, you get every cent back.
Pros: Highly effective, incredible value, very informative, all you need
Cons: Longer workouts, but if you aren’t a princess and can handle some strain then you’re golden.
This is always the program I recommend to my friends who want to start working out. The thing about this program, besides the fact that it has worked incredibly well for thousands and thousands of hard-gainers, is that it’s specifically designed to rapidly trigger muscle growth. There are many factors that are exclusive to triggering muscle growth. Other programs don’t always focus on this. Instead some programs, like 7 Minute Muscle, focus on achieving overall hypertrophy.

Guys like us need to maximize the right type of hypertrophy to make significant muscle gains. Sean also hooked me up with every bit of nutritional information that I could possibly need. Not just that, but he gave me pre-made meal plans so that all of the calculating has been done for me. This is invaluable. In fact, this is probably one of the main reasons that I failed to build muscle before.
It really pains me when people pussy foot around with working out. I made a decision and stuck with it. If you are the kind of guy that can do the same, then my hat is off to you. You simply won’t find a better workout routine than this one.
7 Minute Muscle Review

Rating: 9.5/ 10
Price: $77 (or try it out for $1)
Guarantee: Same deal, 100% happy within 60 days or your money back.
Pros: Workouts are quick, easy to commit to, Vince Delmonte videos included.
Cons: There isn’t any hard-gainer nutrition info given, no significant bonuses.
This program Is responsible for my first taste of real success. One of the best things about the program is that I could either train 5 days a week or 3 days a week. There is a lot of flexibility. Since full commitment is a key factor, having a program that I could stay honest with was huge. I liked that I could workout 7-10 minutes a day 5 days a week. Of course that’s just the hypertrophy phase. I would still end up being at the gym for 20 minutes or so but still, I saved a lot of time.
One of the most interesting aspects of this program is the brain wave stimulation that’s incorporated. It’s crazy how effective these mental exercises are as well. I can honestly credit a lot of my gains to the mental training that this program teaches.
Like I said though, this program doesn’t give you the hard-gainer nutrition advice. For that I had to go to Vince Delmonte and adopt his nutrition beliefs. The combination of 7 Minute Muscle and Vince’s nutritional info allowed me to gain 35 lbs in 6 months. This program is definitely worth looking into. And if you have a very hectic lifestyle, then this program will serve you best simply because it’s effective and yet doesn’t require an hour in the gym every day.
No-Nonsense Muscle Building Review
Expert: Vince Delmonte
Site: www.vincedelmontefitness.com
Rating: 9.3/ 10
Cost: $77 (or try for $29.99)
Guarantee: Same, full money back within 60 days
Pros: Complete Hard-gainers package.
Cons: Intense workouts may cause some people to burn out.
It was pretty easy to decide which other program deserved to be in my top 3. Vince has helped thousands of dudes gain muscle. The guy used to be tiny himself (just like Sean). Then he worked hard and became a male fitness model who wins competitions. Why would you not want to learn from someone like that?
I have checked out his product. He gave me access to a community of people using his program. His nutritional information was of course every effective. I had access to a large video collection that went over different aspects of his routine, nutrition, and stretches.
Vince walks the talk. That’s the most important part. His workouts are typically 45 minutes a session. He likes to split up his workouts by doing upper body one day then lower body the next. Because of this, you can become pretty run down. But none-the-less, it works. In order for you to force your body to adapt and grow larger, you will need to push your limits. This program is my 3rd recommendation. Those who love total body workouts (or close too), this one is best for you.
At this point, I’m assuming that you’re smarter than I was. The idea of accepting information from those who have taken the hard way seems like a good idea to you. Remember, you’re going to be tested both mentally and physically. This is going to be one of the hardest things that you have ever seen through. But you and I both know that you’re capable and will succeed if you choose to.
Just don’t be a procrastinator. There’s nothing worse than some douche who says “ohh, ya I’ll just do it tomorrow, I don’t think I’m ready.” That’s utter crap… I guarantee that if that dude started right now, he’d succeed and be a much happier person because of it. Don’t be another failure statistic. I just gave you everything that you possibly need. I can’t stress how much I wish I had someone talk to me like this before I started wasting my life away.
If you have any questions click here and send me a message. I will answer anything related to fitness or motivational topics. I want you to do better than I did. I want you to be the person that you believe you are. I say this because if I can change some people’s lives for the better then it will help me feel like the hard road was worth it. Talk to you soon my friend.
